I would have no reason not to.
Right now I for sure would recommend. The Executive Director is amazing and goes the extra mile to plan events and has her act together. The senior staff is great and they really care about my mom and all of the residents. They try and get to know the family and reach out to us about any issues going on. They are great at planning ahead and with the virus they gave all of their staff PPE and scrubs to make sure that everyone can be safe.
I would recommend it to anyone. The quality of the care and the concern with the people working with him and the satisfaction is overall amazing. He seems like he is now really happy and his overall health has gone up.
We are happy with the service at The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry. Everyone is very caring, and we love the place. Everytime I call, they are very nice, and they give me all the information I need to know.
Yes I already have to one of my friends and i'm not sure if they went there but I would continue to recommend it.
I live in New York but they have treated my aunt so well so I would for sure recommend it.
At this point, I am not likely to recommend The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry. I would tell others to wait until the coronavirus is over, and then visit the community to ask residents and their family members about their experiences.
They seem to care about the residents and we had a good experience there.
My dad has been in other places and they've really listened to my concerns and addressed them. He's in a better place than before
This is the third place my mom has been and it's been the best. I know it's a hard job but they do a great job.
We visited a lot of places, and the quality of care for the money they charge is fabulous. It is a great value.
Finish the renovations, change the food, and keeping the family members up to date on residents health. The Phoenix should reach out first.
The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry is fine.
Not right now. The construction needs to be finished and gone before I would recommend The Phoenix to anyone. Also just improving the accountability of the staff. Some of them are very nice, but sometimes I come in and my mother-in-law's hearing aids are dead or something of hers is missing.
The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry has been very satisfactory in many ways. It was better before they started the renovation. The earlier staff when he first got there were wonderful and very tentative. The primary person named Mary, was really good, responsive, and attentive, but she has probably been promoted. I would always call her with questions and receive a call back, but now I don't know who to call!
It is a great location. It was really important to me early on, because I used to live closer to the facility. I still have relationships with people in that area, so if they were looking for a place for their mother or father, I would not hesitate to send them over to Matt. It is a very well run organization. Matt has done a really good job and they did a good job in training him for 90 days.
This is scored this low because of everything that I've already stated.
The location is one thing for me, it is easy to get to. The size of the facility and room is great.
They are very friendly and they show interest in all of their residents. My Aunt is more than just a patient there.
The community is very nice. It is clean and they do a good job of keeping up with medication.
Yes, I would definitely recommend them.
I move Senior people from their homes from one place to another and I like the small home-like intimate atmosphere of the Phoenix at Johnson Ferry. Also, the new staff that Phoenix has seems to all be so lovely.
I think the Phoenix at Johnson Ferry does a great job and I appreciate all they do, especially since I know it is a tough job.
The construction going on in the building and for the length of time it’s been going on is one of the main reasons I rate it a 2. The condition of the building has really declined from when Atria managed the community. The grounds around the building used to be wonderful and now they are in disrepair and pose a health hazard. They don’t have a landscaping company coming anymore and the flowers aren’t in the condition they used to be and there is pine straw everywhere, which someone could trip and fall on.
I think the room is good and I think they have been very helpful in coordinating outside resources.
I'd recommend The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry because the staff is excellent, the location is good, and his room is wonderful.
Overall, our experience has been very positive. The Phoenix has been very responsive and we appreciate all of the communication. Being long distance, we rely on that a lot. We would recommend The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry to friends and family.
I think the community has a charming environment, but I cannot give them above a 3 due to the poor food quality.
The staff at the Phoenix at Johnson Ferry is aware and cares about the welfare of the residents and they have great activities available to them.
I would say overall it is a nice community and we are happy.
I wouldn't have put my mother here if i didn't think it was a good place for her to be. The staff is very compassionate. That's the main reason she's here.
On the whole, the residents are pretty well cared for. There are gaps in communication, but the quality of care is at an acceptable level.
Our experience there was great! It's the place to be.
Johnson Ferry Senior Living is a great place for seniors. The staff are friendly and the care is good. I would definitely recommend it to others.
The staff is very attentive. They care about the people there and they do their job. They don't sit around. I really appreciate this.
Johnson Ferry Senior Living is well run even with the change in management. Getting new staff was difficult, but everything is now run smoothly. I especially like the new executive director. My mother comments that he always stops and talks to her when he sees her. The entire staff chit-chats with her, even management.
I would recommend Johnson Ferry Senior Living because of the community-like atmosphere.
Overall, I've been very happy. I know she's well taken care of at Johnson Ferry Senior Living.. It's a safe and clean environment. The people are attentive.
The quality of the staff is excellent. They communicate well. They're very caring and will provide any help that we need. We just transitioned in and they were extremely helpful to us.
Honestly, Johnson Ferry Senior Living was better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my aunt's needs. It's also conveniently located.
The community is small and enables staff to provide near constant care. The staff is excellent, attentive, and caring.
It's a nice facility. It's well taken care of and there are nice things to do. I would recommend Johnson Ferry Senior Living depending on resident's needs. It's a nice community but not an assisted living facility.
My mom is proud to live here. The staff takes extra effort to know everyone and make everyone feel included. I've recommended Johnson Ferry Senior Living to many people.
I feel that he's safe there. There was a transition, and I understand there are bumps in the road with that, but they're doing much better now.
I cannot currently not recommend it because I'm embarrassed by it. A few months ago, I would have recommended it to everyone because the people are fantastic. They are going through a rough transition right now so that makes things harder.
I'm satisfied with it.
You want people to treat your parent with dignity and respect, as well as make sure your parent is happy. The staff and management are genuinely helpful and love the community members. Everyone is very kind and attentive. My mother has made some great friends and loves it there.
They give a lot of personal attention and the staff is very friendly.
They take a personal interest in my aunt and in the care that she receives. Sometimes people at other communities are treated like commodities, but I don't feel that way at all at Johnson Ferry Senior Living. They treat her like a person.
By what I see and Dee's reaction and her smiles, I know she's happy. If she's happy, I'm happy.
I'm willing to give them another chance. I'm honest about my opinions, and I felt that it was a good place to select due to the friendliness of staff, the low turnover of staff, and the happiness of residents. But I do feel as though we were caught in a period of transition, which wasn't explained to me. Honesty is always the best policy.
